Dear Parents, Students, and Well-Wishers,

Welcome to Universal College / Public School (UCPS). For over 25 years, our guiding vision has remained clear and steadfast: to provide a sound education built on character, integrity, and confidence. Ever since our establishment in Lazimpat in 1996 and our continued growth here in Baluwatar, Kathmandu, our mission has been to prepare students not just for examinations, but for life.

我们 believe true development—of an individual, a family, and society as a whole—happens through meaningful education. This core belief shapes every single decision we make on campus, from how we introduce our youngest learners to reading through our Montessori-based early years program, to how we prepare our Plus Two students in Science, Management, and Law for competitive futures.

What distinguishes UCPS is our commitment to holistic growth. Parents often share with us that their children not only excel academically under the guidance of our dedicated faculty, but they also grow braver—more equipped to tackle hard problems, more confident in their own voices, and deeply resilient when facing challenges.

Education is a collaborative journey, and we are grateful to the families who have trusted us with their children's futures over the decades. Whether you are exploring our primary, secondary, or Plus Two programs, we invite you to visit our campus, meet our team, and experience the UCPS community firsthand.
